Demetria "Demi" Devonne Lovato (lahir di Albuquerque, New Mexico, Amerika Serikat, 20 Agustus 1992; umur 19 tahun) adalah seorang aktris , penyanyi dan penulis lagu AS . Putri dari orang tua bercerai, memiliki dua saudara perempuan, satu Kakak dan satu Adik, hasil perkawinan lain ibu mereka. Sebagai seorang aktris, karirnya dimulai pada 2002 ketika, pada umur sembilan tahun, bergabung di tokoh serial televisi anak-anak Barney & Friends , menjadi dikenal secara internasional pada tahun 2008, ketika
berperan protagonis bertindak sebagai Mitchie Torres di Film Disney Channel Original Movie Camp Rock . Antara 2009 dan 2011, berpartisipasi dalam serial televisi Sonny With A Chance, memainkan karakter, Sonny Munroe. Dalam karir musiknya, bertindak sebagai artis solo, setelah merilis album debut, Don't Forget pada 23 Sepetember 2008. Album debut ini di posisi kedua di Billboard 200 , menjual sekitar 89.000 kopi dalam minggu pertama distribusi, dan kemudian memenangkan sertifikat emas dari RIAA , telah menjual lebih dari 500.000 eksemplar di Amerika Serikat. Album kedua,Here we go Again dirilis pada 21 Juli 2009 dan mencapai nomor satu di Billboard 200 dengan 108.000 eksemplar terjual dalam minggu pertama. studio album ketiga, Unbroken , dirilis pada 20 September 2011
